It is as simple as can be!
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 8 ounce tub of cool whip
1/4 cup of lemon or lime juice
1 8 ounce package of cream cheese
1 graham cracker crust
|Everything BUT the lemon juice...|
* Just take one softened 8 ounce package of cream cheese, mix in one can of sweetened condensed milk and an 8 oz tub of Cool Whip using an electric beater (or hand beater if you are feeling tough) until smooth
|Adding lemon juice...|
*Next, stir in ¼ cup of lemon juice (make SURE to pour in lemon juice AFTER the other three ingredients are already mixed)
|It will be THICK!|
*Pour into a graham cracker crust to set.
*Throw in the fridge for 2 hours and you have a cheesecake all ready to serve! Garnish with strawberries, caramel, cherries, chocolate… whatever you please!
